Extensive Indoor and Outdoor Amenities

With Zephyr, we are attempting to create a community in the building that would also help strengthen the surrounding community in the West End. To achieve this, we are integrating spaces both public and private that will bring people together: the homes at Zephyr are above a new expanded Safeway that will be an important grocery store amenity for the neighbourhood. The project will bring new retail to the streetscape within Zephyr, an expansive terrace and indoor amenity space on the third level joins the project's two towers and featuring a fitness centre, yoga studio, a resident's library and study space, and indoor/outdoor lounge with a kitchen and TV area, a dog run and an outdoor children's play area are some of the amenities featured in the project.

Outdoor Shared Amenity Terrace

An extensive common outdoor space fills the west side of the level 3 terrace, creating an urban sanctuary with bench seating and an outdoor dining area equipped with BBQ’s surrounded by lush planters, a fire pit, and Japanese landscaping. A quiet outdoor patio adjacent to the level 3 library extends residents’ living space, creating opportunities for social interaction and community-building. A landscaped terrace common area on level 4 joins the two towers above the podium with an outdoor play area for children with integrated rubberized play spaces and a rope forest, adjacent to the yoga pavilion with full height windows, connected to the building’s gym below.

Indoor Amenity Lounge

The building includes a significant indoor amenity room suitable for large gatherings and events on level 3, connected to the outdoor terrace. This space has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas, and study rooms.

Fitness Centre Curated by House Concepts

Zephyr’s fitness centre is located on level 3, looking out onto the shared outdoor terrace. The fitness centre will be equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, spin bikes, free weights and lifting equipment, a yoga room, and offer a range of fitness classes curated by House Concepts.

Rooftop Amenities

The rooftop levels of both towers offer panoramic views of English Bay, Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver. The rooftops include community garden planters for the use of building residents as well as seating and dining areas for events and activities, with a BBQ and fire pit. There will also be outdoor gym equipment on the top of both towers.


Zephyr is pet-friendly and designed with features and amenities taking pets into consideration. The level 3 amenity area will be open to pets with on and off-leash areas, as well as a dedicated dog run and dog washing station.
