Museum House is proud to participate in the Seattle Multifamily Tax Exemption Program (MFTE) to offer a select number of rent restricted homes for those with limited income.

To qualify for an MFTE home, your income must fall within certain income limits measured as a percentage of AMI (area median income). Museum House AMI restrictions are:

Studio apartments: 60% of AMI
One-bedroom apartments: 79% of AMI
Two-bedroom apartments: 85% of AMI
