Located in P2 of 748 Bathurst Street, the Pet Spa is a uniquely designed pet washing and grooming amenity for all residents and their pets. The Pet Spa includes pet washing and supply stations for pets to clean up and refresh after a long walk.

A dedicated pet store, Bone & Biscuit will also be located at Mirvish Village, at the northwest corner of the project at Bloor Street and Markham Street.
