Rooted in the vibrant spirit of the Joyce-Collingwood neighbourhood, our latest rental residential tower is thoughtfully positioned across from Joyce I and just steps from the SkyTrain station. The design of 5055 Joyce is a direct response to the character of Joyce Street—a dynamic, multicultural corridor full of movement, diversity, and everyday urban life. Drawing inspiration from the area's unique rhythm and history, the tower embraces the principles of Northwest modernism with lightweight structural systems, steel outrigger balconies, and nautical influences, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. The building’s elegant vertical form shifts at key moments; its base, middle, and crown creating sculptural tension that reflects the surrounding landscape, including the bustling street life below, the backdrop of the North Shore mountains, and the skyline of downtown Vancouver. 5055 Joyce is not just a place to live—it’s a built reflection of the community’s energy, history, and connection to the city.
